Story Time on the Porch

Story Time on the Porch

The MSA Museum Society is delighted to learn that our “Story Time on the Porch” program that the museum ran last summer has been mentioned on the Museums & Storytelling website. The website has been compiled by Shannon Bettles as part of her coursework at the University of Alberta.

Shannon Bettles is the acting museum director/curator of the Agassiz-Harrison Museum.

We are delighted to announce that Story Time on the Porch will be returning for a second year, with the first Story Time session to be held in June.

Join the MSA Museum Society’s Board of Directors

Are you interested in joining the MSA Museum Society’s Board of Directors?
Curious about what is entailed?

A Board of Directors helps organizations, especially non-profits, make decisions and provides guidance to the institution. Directors of the MSA Museum Society, which operates Trethewey House Heritage Site, help balance the finances, drive new initiatives and inspire the community to engage with their past and to participate actively in the preservation of its heritage.

If this sounds like you or if you’re interested in protecting Abbotsford’s heritage, please email:
